(click above)

Myself and Carlow fiddle player, Tricia Hutton, recorded on this Dare album. The band is fronted by ex-Thin Lizzy keyboard player, Darren Wharton.

I was uilleann piper  with the Barleyshakes for a while.

Alan and Kirsten Kelly are keeping it going in Austrialia. Alan Doherty is keeping her lit with Grada in Dublin and Larry Shaw is taking it handy in Hollywood (thats the Hollywood in Wicklow) Can't remember what Dave Hingerty is doing.

Michelle O'Brien and myself were rockers for an afternoon when we did some squeally solos on this Goth/Celtic/Metal album...

RRRAAAWWWKKKKK   :)

I did a little low whistle on fellow uilleann piper, Jimmy Morrison's album, The Pipers rest.

I played in this place for years. A lot of fun was had too!!!!  I know the album cover is crooked but it's kind of how the pub looked the last time I left it.

Fellow north county Dublin musician, Brendan Lynch asked me to play a tune with him on this cd. I heard a rumour that he has another one due out.

"....I was born in sweet Kilarney, one day when I was young.... "

Myself and Clare fiddle player, Michelle O'Brien recorded a set of reels for this album. The best pub in the world for a pint and a tune.

I did a bit of uilleann pipes on this when I lived in Hong Kong. It was recorded as a kind of farewell to the territory when it was handed back to China in 1997.
